Professional & Career Coaching
Hill
& Associates' Coaches believe that people are great and have much more
potential than they realize or utilize. Most people are searching for what they
really want. With a Coach, you can get what you want faster and easier.
What is Coaching & What can it do for you?
Coaching is a new profession focused on...
-
Guiding you to set “results-oriented”
goals.
-
Teaching you the “tools and strategies”
to accomplish more with less struggle.
-
Encouraging you to “stretch” to maximize your results.
-
Providing the momentum for you to “achieve” greater results in
a shorter period of time.
-
Supporting you on your journey to success.
What Happens when you Hire a Coach?
-
You take yourself and your profession more seriously.
-
You take more effective and focused actions
sooner.
-
You stop putting up with what is dragging you down.
-
You create momentum making it easier to produce results.
-
You set and achieve better goals
than you might have without a coach.
-
You then maintain balance personally, professionally and socially.
How is Coaching Different from...
Consulting?
-
Consultants deliver advice on “how to” achieve results.
-
The Coach stays with you to implement new skills, changes and
actions to ensure you achieve targeted results.
Sports Coaching?
-
Sports Coaching is focused on competition and the “Win?Lose” concept.
-
Professional Coaching focuses on the “Win/Win” philosophy
while empowering you for success personally, professionally and socially.
Professional Coaching also incorporates many of the Sports Coaching principles,
e.g., team building and going for the goal.
A Best Friend?
-
A best friend is wonderful to have. Most best friends do not have the
professional perspective to advise you on the challenging aspects of your
business and important life decisions.
-
It is best to have a best friend and a coach. The Coach provides
objectivity.
Does the Coach Work on Personal Goals, or Only
Professinal Goals?
-
The Coach works with you on any goals you wish to set for
yourself.
-
With the line between personal and professional life blurring in the 90's, a
Coach is trained to work with all aspects of your life.
Why Would Someone Who is Successful Need a Coach?
-
It depends on what you want! Most successful people benefit by having an
outside perspective
to help them discover what's next, what's missing, what's more fulfilling,
and/or what's more secure than what they already have.
-
As in sports coaching, the professional athlete is far more capable than most
coaches; a talented, successful gymnast with Olympic goals is far more capable
than his/her coach; however, neither would think of proceeding without a coach.
The coach is the mentor, cheerleader and toolkit for refining the edges and
gaining the competitive edge for meeting
their personal goals and objectives.
