Some have excellent web sites with this information available with the click of a button, some require you to come to their office still, some counties still do not have web sites. We have done our best at HowMuchIsThatHouse.com to provide you with the most up-to-date information for each county. To get started, find your state from the US map, click on it for a county map of a particular state. From there, simply click on the county in question to view their property assessment web site if it is available.

This site was created to answer the burning question, 'How Much Is That House'? Many counties in the United States now provide online property information, including property taxes, assessment values, and sales amounts. This is all public information, and before the web was available to the public. In order to get this information however, you needed to go to a county office, fill out some paperwork, pay a fee and wait for a clerk to provide you with the information you requested.
